Kuhar treba da ima smisla za estetsko oblikovanje i aran\u017eiranje gotovog jela.<br \/>\nU\u010denici treba da upoznaju i nau\u010de: rukovanje kuhinjskim ma\u0161inama,o&nbsp; \u017eivotnim namirnicama, njihove karakteristike,na\u010din \u010duvanja namirnica,zamrzavanje, odmrzavanje namirnica,da steknu brzinu, rutinu, efikasnost i racionalnost u svim procesima rada<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Stru\u010dni predmeti: <\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Poznavanje robe<\/li>\n<li>Tehnologija kuhanja<\/li>\n<li>Tehnologija materijala<\/li>\n<li>Uslu\u017eivanje<\/li>\n<li>Osnovi nauke o ishrani<\/li>\n<li>Ekonomika i organizacija ugustiteljskih preduze\u0107a<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>PRAKTI\u010cNA NASTAVA <\/strong><br \/>\nPraksa se mo\u017ee obavljati u kuhinjama hotela, motela, restorana, kuhinjama dru\u0161tvene ishrane, bolnicama, kasarnama, domovima, itd.<br \/>\nTrenutno u\u010denici obavljaju praksu u \u0161kolskoj kuhinji i u kuhinjama hotela.<br \/>\nPrakti\u010dna nastava traje 14 sati sedmi\u010dno , dva dana po 7 \u010dasova.<br \/>\nPraksom rukovodi nastavnik VKV kuhar.<br \/>\nOd u\u010denika se o\u010dekuje redovno poha\u0111anje prakti\u010dne nastave, disciplina, interes, aktivno u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u pripremanju jela koja su predvi\u0111ena nastavnim planom i programom.<br \/>\nKuhar treba imati razvijene higijenske navike, osj\u0107aj za \u010disto\u0107u i urednost.<br \/>\nZanimanje kuhar ne preporu\u010duje se u\u010denicima sa dijagnosticiranom epilepsijom, alergijskim oboljenjima, oboljenjima ko\u017ee, slabovidnosti, djeci sa ispadima motorike.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUHAR Po zavr\u0161etku trogodi\u0161njeg \u0161kolovanja u\u010denik sti\u010de zanimanje&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;pomo\u0107ni kuhar, a nakon&nbsp; \u010detverogodi\u0161njeg \u0161kolovanja &#8211;&nbsp;kuhar.
